answered-by-expert Expert Answer
a = 2A +1
b = 2B +1
c = 2C +1
Now
2(2A + 1 + 2B + 1 + 2C + 1) = 10
A + B + C = 5
Now
A, B, C can start from 0
Now
A.     B     C
0      0     5  →    3 ways
0     1     4 →    6 ways
0     2     3  →   6 ways
1      1     3 →     3 ways
1    2    2  → 3 ways

Hence total possible numbers are 21.
