Rohit borrows ₹ 62500 from Arun for 2 years at 10% pper annum,  simple interest. He immediately lends out  sum to Kunal at 10% per annum for the same period, compounded annually. Calculate Rohit's profit in the transaction at the end of two years.

Here, P=62500, N=2 yrs, R=10%
S.I. = PNR/100 = (62500 x 2 x 10)/100 = 12500
Rohit lents out Rs. 62,500, n = 2 yrs, r = 10%
Amount space equals space 62500 open parentheses 1 plus 10 over 100 close parentheses squared space equals 62500 open parentheses 11 over 10 close parentheses squared equals 75625 straight C. straight I. equals 75625 minus 62500 equals 13125 Profit space equals space 13125 space minus space 12500 space equals space Rs. space 625
