No, The process and steps applied are in accordance to the laws and relations referred to the equilibrium chapter uptill finding the relation between K1 and K2.
 
But finally relating Y = 2X means EMF is also getting doubled with the doubling of stoichiometric coefficients which is not true because, EMF remains unaffected by Multiplication/division of a reaction, since the value of "n" will also vary they will nullify the effect. And EMF of a reaction is a fixed value so, second part of the derivation is not correct.
