Resistivity is defined as resistance of a unit length of the conductor with unit area of cross section
 
SI unit:- ohm-meter
 
Maximum effective resistance is total possible resistance of the circuit (series combination is used to increase resistance)
Minimum effective resistance is the least possible resistance of the circuit (parallel combination is used to decrease resistance)
