The experiment involves passing a known current through a resistor and determining its resistance from the measured potential difference across the resistor. When current is passed through resistor, power dissipation (I2R effect) is taking place. Due to this, resistor is getting heated up and its resistance value may increase slightly. If the experiment involves long time, then this may be one of the reason for getting slightly different value.
