Dimension of tile = ( 30 × 30 ) cm

Length of the room = 3 m

Number of tiles required along the length side = 3/0.3 = 10

Breadth of the room = 2 m

Number of tiles required along the breadth side = 2/0.3 =  7 ( nearest integer )

Hence number of tiles required for flooring = 10×7 = 70 tiles

Hence number of tiles ( in dozen ) required for flooring = 70 / 12 = 6 ( nearest integer)

Cost of purchasing tiles = 6 * Rs.430 = Rs. 2580

Given information is sufficient to find the answer
