Let number of Rs.50 notes = x ; Number of Rs.10 notes = ( x / 3 )
 
Total amount = 50x + 10(x/3) = 800
 
150 x + 10 x = 2400
 
160 x = 2400
 
x = 15 ;
 
Number of Rs.10 notes = (x/3) = 5
