we have to find out area of 4 sides n top.

that will be :

( area of 2 opposite sides) + (area of other 2 opposite sides) + area of roof

2 (2.5 x 4) + 2 (2.5 x 3) + (4 x 3)

= 2 x 10 + 2 x 7.5 + 12

= 20 + 15 + 12

= 47m2
