No, there is a very rare possiblity of something coming in the board exam which is outside the NCERT.
There are many additional reference books availabel in the market. I would suggest that you stick to NCERT and if need be go for any book as per your requirement like if you need samplem papers, question practice or theory.
You can take help from our key learnings given on our website and sample papers given on our website.
You can write with a either a gel or a ball pen in the board examinations.
