if Vx is 1.9 V and vx is 4 mV means, a small ac signal vx is super imposed in the DC voltage Vx .
Hence Vx varies between 1.402 V and 1.398 V
when Vx = 1.402 V, current iD = -28×10-3 (1.402 - 0.9 ) = 14.056 mA
when Vx = 1.398 V, current iD = -28×10-3 (1.398 - 0.9 ) = 13.944 mA
hence ac current id = (14.056 - 13.944) mA = 0.112 mA = 112 μA
