Please solve - A balloon moving in a straight line passes vertically above two points “A" and "B" on a horizontal plan 1000 mt apart. When above “A” it has an altitude of 600 as seen from “B” and when above “B” it has an altitude of 450 as seen from “A”. Find the distance from “A” of the point at which it will touch the place when it comes down vertically.

apply tan in trinagles XAB and ABY to find XA and YB
then triangles XOA is similar to YOB since XA parallel to YB
us CSST to find BO
Ans is (BO+1000)
