Ideal P-N junction has zero resistance and perfect conductor when forward biased.
In the given circuit, anode at -1 V and cathode is at -3V, since anode is less negative than cathode it is forward biased.
If we apply kirchoff's voltage law, starting from 3V battery, we have
3 - 1 - ( 200 × i ) = 0 i.e. i = 10 mA
