Is it necessary for the bigger triangle, formed by construction when a triangle is given, to have sides in an improper fraction, like 5/3, corresponding to the sides of the triangle given?

Dear student,
In construction, the bigger triangle have sides in an improper fraction corresponding to the sides of the given triangle. In case of construction of smaller triangle, the sides of the smaller triangle are in proper fraction corresponding to the sides of the given triangle.
