If the largest cube is cut from a sphere of radius 3 square root of 3 c m, the diagonal of the cube is the diameter of the sphere.

Diagonal of the cube equals a square root of 3 c m comma space w h e r e space a space c m space i s space t h e space s i d e space o f space t h e space c u b e
We have
a square root of 3 equals 2 cross times 3 square root of 3 rightwards double arrow a square root of 3 equals 6 square root of 3 rightwards double arrow a equals 6 space c m
Since the volume of the cube is 6p, we have

6 cubed equals 6 p rightwards double arrow 216 equals 6 p rightwards double arrow p equals 216 over 6 rightwards double arrow p equals 36
