We know that, if x + y + z = 0 then x3 + y3 + z3 = 3xyz
Let x = 2 - a, y = 2 - b, z = 2 - c
Therefore, x + y + z = 2 - a + 2 - b + 2 - c = 6 - (a + b + c) = 0
Thus, we have
(2 - a)3 + (2 - b)3 + (2 - c)3 = 3(2 - a)(2 - b)(2 - c)
