I have doubt from physical chemistry book Sharma puri pathania.In nerst equation problem the molar concentration of ag+ ions is not squared. That is it taken as 10 molar only. Why is it so. I have uploaded the image of the problem.

It is printing error, writer has overlooked the same - Only the activity of solids are taken as unity as mentioned in the book.
 
Calculation is done as -
 
1.62 V space equals space fraction numerator 0.0591 space L o g space K over denominator 2 end fraction minus space fraction numerator 0.0591 over denominator 2 end fraction L o g space fraction numerator 0.1 over denominator 10 squared end fraction space equals space left curly bracket 0.0295 left parenthesis L o g space K space minus space L o g space 10 to the power of negative 3 space end exponent right parenthesis right curly bracket
 
L o g space K space equals space fraction numerator 1.62 over denominator 0.0295 end fraction minus 3 space equals space 54.91 space minus space 3 space equals space 51.91
 
rightwards double arrow K space equals space a n t i log space 51.92 space equals space 8.317 space cross times space 10 to the power of 51
