Let i1 , i2 , i3 and i4 be the current passing through the junction as shown in figure.
 
hence as per the figure,  i1 + i3 = i2 + i4   ........................(1)
 
let the potential at J be X.
 
Hence currents in eqn.(1) can be written in terms of potential differences and the respective resistances.
 
(40-X)/4  + (30-X)/3  = (X-10)/1 + (X-20)/2   ................(2)
 
Solving the eqn.(2) for X,  we get X ≈ 19.2 V
