The 'Climate and Vegetation' chapter is one of the easiest chapters to remember. 

• Do not mug up the answer.
• Try to understand the fact that climatic conditions affect the vegetation of a region. S, co-relate the vegetation with the climatic conditions.
• For example, regions that experience heavy rainfall over 200cm/annum have evergreen forests with broad leaves. Regions that receive scanty rainfall have fleshy leaves to store water and long roots that go deep into the soil in search of water.
• Similarly, on higher altitudes, coniferous trees have needle shaped like leaves so that snow could not accumulate on leaves. 
• So, please try to relate the characteristics of natural vegetation of a region with the climatic conditions of that place. This will help you to remember facts.
