How  time varying magnetic field produces time varyimg magnetic field?pls try to  explain in theory not mathematical concept

Time varying magnetic field produces electric field.
 
According to Faradays law , when magnetic flux changes in the region surrounded by conductor,
 
it produce electric field (induced emf) in conductor. 
 
Time varying magnetic field makes change in flux  that produces electric field
