How is the number of chiral centres in this compound said to be two?

Expert Answer
The Carbon atom marked red will be chiral.
O atom cannot behave as a chiral center since valency is 2 and +ve charge wont be considered as a group.
Other non C atoms which shows chirality are S, N and P atoms.
