How do we find 6 arithmetic means between 15 and -15 ?

6 arithmetic means between 15 and -15 .
 
First term = 15, 8th term t8 = -15
 
Let d be the common difference
 
t8 = 15+7*d = -15    or   d = -30/7
 
hence A. P. :-    15,  15-(30/7),   15-2(30/7),....................,  15-6(30/7),  -15
