2. We need to be vaccinated properly to reduce our chances of contracting many diseases.
3. We should not share personal items such as toothbrush, towels etc.
4. Covering our mouth when we cough or sneeze.
5. Using safe cooking practices such as washing of vegetables, using warm or luke water etc.
