when a ball made of foam is falling under gravity, in addition to gravitational force , resistive force due to drag in air is acting
on air in opposite direction of motion. This resistive force depends on surface area,
where as gravitational force depends on mass of the ball.

Mass to surface area of large ball is greater than that of small ball.
Hence more gravitational force is acting on larger ball, hence it travels more vertical distance
