hello, can we find the electric potential if the electric field is given? As the potential is scalar and field is a vector how can we related them ?

The relation between electric potential and Electric field is given as
V=Ed
Where V is the potential difference
E=Electric field
d=Distance between the plates
It cal also be written as 
E=-dV/dx for x -direction
Similarly for y- direction
E=-dV/dy
Z-direction
E=-dV/dz
