Has the regulations put in to control the emmission of chemicals which deplete the ozone layer succeeded and has the size of the hole in the ozone layer changed ?? can u give the answer with explanation ??

Though most of the industries now have tall chimneys fitted with filters and electrostatic precipitators and certain norms have been laid down under Bharat norms to control the emission levels given out by automobiles it is difficult to say that the regulations put in to control the emission of chemicals which deplete the ozone layer has 100% success. The size of the ozone hole is increasing.
