1. Electric field(E)=0 but Potential(V) is not 0.
2. Electric field(E) is not 0 but Potential(V) = 0.

Hi,
1. Electric field(E)=0 but Potential(V) is not 0: The electric field is zero at a point exactly midway between two equal and similar charges but the electric potential at that point is twice than that due to a single charge.
2. Electric field(E) is not 0 but Potential(V) = 0: At the mid point of line joining two equal and opposite charges, and at a point a equatorial line of a dipole, electric field is not zero but electric potential is zero
