give me the answer - why cutting of carrot is reversible change?

There occurs a hot debate on this question. let me explain this.
The cutting of carrot is an irreversible change, once you cut the carrot you can not reobtain the originally shaped carrot.
Here we can say this that all reversible changes are physical changes but all physical changes are not reversible.
