Factorize the equation

Expert Answer
let the given poly be p(x)
then we must take factors of -6
they are +1,-1,+2,_2,+3,_3
we see that p9-2) is zero.
so x+2 is a factor of p(x)
so divide p(x) by x+2
we get
[2*x*x]-[5*x]-3
so factorising that
we get
(2x+1)(x-3)
so total fact. of p(x) is
(x+2)(2x+1)(x-3)
