Yes, fruits and vegetables are the examples of perfectly inelastic supply. This is because the sellers hesitate to take the risk. If the goods are not sold, then it may get rotten and a loss to the seller. So they keep limited supply of goods in the market. In this situation they cannot increase the supply due to increase in prices of the good that he is selling in the market.
