Crocodile has 4-chambered heart ,but it is still not homeothermic.why?

Homeotherms are the one which can survive only when the internal body temperature is within a narrow range. Example mammals, birds, and amphibians.
Poikilotherms are the one who can survive at their internal body temperature varies to a wide range. Example- fishes and reptilia.
Crocodile is the only reptile which has a four-chambered heart and is poikilothermic.
