Vinod: I am okay, not great. What about you?

Akhil: I am fine. But what happened to you?

Vinod: Nothing serious, but I feel very weak and tired.

Akhil: Why? Did you not rest properly?

Vinod: I did. But somehow, I am not feeling energetic. I feel very low these days.

Akhil: It seems you are very careless about your health. I think you do not exercise regularly.

Vinod: Yes, you are absolutely right. I am not habituated to do physical exercise.

Akhil: But you should know that physical exercise is very important to keep us fit and healthy. Remember, a sound mind lives in a sound body.

Vinod: Yes, you are right.

Akhil: If you do not exercise regularly, you cannot keep yourself fit and do anything properly. Besides, you will become idle.

Vinod: Yes, I completely agree with you. I was too lazy to exercise. Please tell me what I should do now.

Akhil: Exercise regularly. Do yoga. Apart from this, you should have a balanced diet to keep yourself fit. 

Vinod: Balanced diet? What is that?

Akhil: A balanced diet is a diet which contains all the necessary ingredients needed for health in right proportion. It helps you to stay healthy and free from diseases.

Vinod: Oh! Now I understand that both physical exercises and a balanced diet are essential for maintaining good health.

Akhil: Exactly! I hope you will follow these to keep yourself fit.
