King: Who dares to rob my subjects under my watchful eye! I will catch him and send him to the gallows.

King: Speak up, my good man.

Old man: It is you, dear majesty.

King: How dare you blaspheme against me! 

 

The old man implored the king for help by saying he has been robbed and that someone took away all his savings. The king thundered by questioning who dared to rob his subjects under his watchful eye. He further said that he would catch him and send him to the gallows. The old man interjected by saying that he knew who the robber was. The king asked him to speak up.
