1. 3/8 and 16/24
 
3 × 24 = 72 and 16 × 8 = 128
72 < 128
Hence, 
3/8 < 16/24
 
2. 2/5 and 10/25
 
× 25 = 50 and 5 × 10 = 50
Hence, 2/5 = 10/25
 
3. 6/7 and 42/49
 
× 49 = 294 and 7 × 42 = 294
Hence, 6/7 = 42/49
