displacement y = 10 sin 2π(100 t - 0.02 x) + 10 sin 2π(100 t + 0.02 x) .....................(1)
 
above expression can be written as :    y = 10 sin(ωt + kx) + 10 sin(ωt - kx)   ........................(2)
 
where ω = 2π100,  or frequency = 100 Hz .   k = 2π(0.02) = 2π/λ  or  wavelength λ = 50 units 
 
we know the standing wave from eqn.(2)  :   y = 20 sin(kx) cos(ωt)
 
maximimum amplitude = 20 units,  loop length = distance between successive nodes = λ/2  = 25 units
