Total profit = $185

75 old pen are sold.

Total loss = 75 × 1 = 75

Since it is loss so we will denote this by - 75.

We know that,

Total profit = Profit earned by selling note books - Total loss
→ Profit earned by selling note books = 185 + 75 = 260

Numbe of note books sold = 260 ÷ 5 = 52
