Here, S.P = Rs. 9200, C.P = Rs. 8000
→ Profit = 9200 - 8000 = Rs. 1200
→ Profit% = (1200/8000)× 100 = 15%
Now, C.P = Rs. 18000, Profit% = 15% then S.P = ?
Let the Selling Price of cooking range = x
15 = Profit%
→ 15 = [(x - 18000)/18000]× 100
→ 2700 = x - 18000
→ x = Rs. 20,700
