A road roller takes 20 complete revolutions to move once over to level a road. Find the area of the road, if the radius of a road roller is 3.5 metres and height is 2 metres.

Expert Answer
In one revolution, area of the road covered = 2∏rh
= 2×22/7×3.5×2
= 44 m2
In 20 revolutions, area of the road covered = 20 × 44 = 880 m2
