Let L, B,H  be the length ,breadth and height of cuboid and the edges of three cubes then according to given condition

L3+B3+H3 = 3LBH  

which is true if L+B+H=0  or L= -B = -H  distance being positive so L = B = H

hence cuboid  is a cube
