A man walked 21steps forward and then took 28 steps backward.How many steps will he have to take and in which direction,so as to reach his starting point?

man took 21 steps forward=+21
then he took 28 steps back ward=-28
current position = 21-28=-7
so he is 7 steps behind the start point,
so has to take 7 steps forward
