a hollow irregular shape conductor is given some positive charge.we known that all given posituve charge will appear on outer surface but is negative charge also appears on inner surface?

As shown in figure, if +ve charges are given to a conductor, these +ve charges will be placed on the outer surface.
 
These +ve charges will pull electrons or -ve charges towards, hence these negative charges will accumulate
at inner surface as shown in figure very near to external charges. 
 
These accumulation of electrons at inner surface makes depletion of negative charges at opposite inner surface,
hence this opposite inner surface will be +vely charged .
 
The induced harges inside conductor creates electric field in opposite direction  of the electric field created by external charges.
Hence net field inside conductor is zero
