- Both healthy and disease free are the states of human-beings who are normal.
- A person is said to be healthy when his physical, mental, emotional, and psychological state are fit and fine.
- A person is said to be disease free when he is not suffering from any disease. However, this does not necessarily mean that the person is physically, mentally and emotionally stable and fine.
- Hence, a healthy person can be disease free but a disease free person need not be healthy.
