Assertion :-
An object may have acceleration even if it is moving with uniform speed .
Reason :-
An object may be having uniform speed but it changes the direction of motion .
An object moving in circular motion along the curved path is subjected to centripetal acceleration
towards center of curvature of cyrved path though the object is moving in uniform speed .
Due to centripetal acceleration , object moving with uniform speed changes the direction .
Hence both assertion and reason are true
