1. Pollen, mold, dust mite, perfumes, cigarette smoke
2. Loss of appetite / weight , loss of interest in daily routine work, tremors and unclear vision
3. Inhalation, Absorption and Ingestion
4. In response, the body starts to make a protein called IgE, which grabs onto the allergen. Then histamine and other chemicals get released into the blood which causes runny nose, itching.
5. The state of an allergic reaction is very fast. An allergy happens when the immune system overreacts to an allergen, treating it as an invader and trying to fight it off. This causes symptoms that can range from annoying to serious or even life-threatening.
