Noether’s work was divided into three eras – the first was between 1907 and 1919 in which she devoted her time to algebraic theory. The second was from 1920 to 1926 in which she concentrated on the theory of Mathematics. The third era was from 1927 to 1935 wherein her focus was on hyper-complex numbers and linear transformations.  Image source: static01.nyt.com
