Step 1

Take the balloon, blow it up and let the air out. Cut the balloon in half. The part with the balloon neck is of no use. Image source: wikihow.com

Take the glass jar and cover its mouth by stretching the balloon over it. Make sure that it’s airtight. Now, take the straw and stick one end on to the balloon surface. The other end of the straw will act as the indicator. Image source: wikihow.com

Stick a plain paper on the wall and place the jar near the paper. Mark the position of the straw on the paper. Mark the position of the straw for a few days.
