Can the value of co-efficient of friction of a body be more than 1?... If so, then what'll happen when a force is applied on such a body.. I guess it'll just have more static friction than a body with a co-efficient of friction less than 1.

The value of cofficient friction above 1 merely implies that the force required to slide an object along the surface is greater than the normal force of the surface on the object.
