what is class size ,class marks?

In statistics, class size is referred to as the width or difference between the upper and lower limits of a particular class interval. For example if age of students is counted in a college
and divided into class intervals of 15-20, 20-25 and 25-30. Then class size would be
20-15 = 5.
 
Class mark is the midpoint or the average of the values for a particular class interval.
For the example above, for the class interval of 15-20, the class mark would be 15+20/2 = 
17.5
