6q+5

=3(2q+1)+2

=3p+2 for some pso first part is proved.

now we have to prove that ,

if a positive integer is of the form 3q+2 then it's not of the type 6p+5 for some integer  p

3q+2=6[(q/2)-(1/2)]+5

but the quantity inside the bracket is not always an integer, hence the answer.
