what are the limitations of ohms law ?

Limitations of Ohm's law,

1/ V = IR where R, resistance is constant, but that's not true always. It depends upon tempreature. Tempreature increase results in  increased the resistance.

2/ It can't be applied to all the materials. For example semiconductors, gases such as air.

3/ It can't be applied to electrical components that show negative resistance such as high vacuum electron tubes and tunnel diodes.
