WE know that changing magnetic flux produces current, can changing current produce magnetic flux? If yes, give example and explain it.

Yes it can.
A magnetic flux is simply the product of magnetic field flowing through a given cross-section and its area.
Thus flux will change even if we either change field or area and field changes on changing curent through the coil.
